Working in Canada
If you choose Canada to work in, you need to obtain a work permit. You also must meet the requirements and criteria for this stream. There are many regulations that govern Canada’s working class.
Applicants who want to work in Canada are required to have a job offer from a Canadian employer. Before being eligible to apply for a work permit, the potential employer may have to apply for a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). Work permit applications are usually complicated, it is better that applicant and their employers hire a regulated expert to assist them in this process.
Note that some temporary workers are exempt from the requirements for obtaining a work permit.
Other kinds of work permits are Post Graduate Work Permit and work permit for accompanying a family member of a student or worker.
